    James has an exceptional level of experience in the rental market and has acted and advised many of our retained landlords. 

    Having grown up in Cambridge, he is aware of the key areas for investors and the tenant market place and is knowledge of the area.   He is available to give speculative advice and rental appraisals, as well as more detailed reports on where and what to invest in.

    Jake initially started his residential lettings career with Bidwells as an Apprentice, studying Property Management and achieving a Distinction in Level 3 Housing and Property Management.  He also successfully completed his Association of Residential Letting Agents qualification.  

    Born and bred in Cambridge, he has a wealth of knowledge about the local area and his energy and enthusiasm have helped to develop some great relationships with our clients.
