In Depth Marketing

Our experienced photographer understands the importance of capturing homes with the correct lenses to ensure of a good representation of your property and showcase the space as it actually is. We aren't adverse to moving a few objects to improve the aesthetic, dressing rooms comes easily to our expert eye!

We pay close attention to the post-production of our images to make sure we choose the best vantage points where your house looks at its best, often a few feet in one direction can make a world of difference.

Each of our properties has their very own professional bespoke brochure that displays the property in its best light. A brochure that is made with quality and care will give a far greater impact than a cheaply made brochure.

Advertising

Our properties are listed on Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation, all with a Premium Listing. We also have Featured Property boxes on Rightmove, which we rotate regularly. In addition to the portals, we use our web page to professionally showcase properties with a full-colour brochure, floor plans, EPC, map and video tour as well as the photographs and property details.

We also utilise Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms. Throughout the marketing process, we promote our properties on these channels to maximise the exposure for our portfolio of properties. As well as employing digital marketing, we also use paper advertising in the local press and property magazines.

The specialist architectural aluminium division works with both corporate and domestic clients to create a wide variety of exterior facade solutions. Our corporate design and installation portfolio includes shopping malls, retail parks, hospitals and schools, right through to individual shop front units. Although primarily working in aluminium and steel glazed units, we have also developed innovative aluminium and timber hybrid products for the domestic market.

Paul is the managing director for Blenheim Park Estates and also designs & builds bespoke properties for Blenheim Park Developments. Paul works closely with both teams and valued clients to oversee the sale, design and build of beautiful homes across Sheffield, Yorkshire and Derbyshire.

Kelly Rhodes-Smith - Office Manager

Kelly is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the business. She handles sales negotiations and she's an expert with our property management software. Kelly also ensures that we communicate to our vendors and clients on a regular basis. Behind the scenes, she is busy organising appointments for the Blenheim team and she is often the first point of contact when the phone rings.

Emily carries out all of our market appraisals, valuations and handles the sale negotiations. She is responsible for the overall running of the office and is also a key member of the take on team.

The level of communication was excellent

For several months we were with another larger estate agent dealing with the sale of our property.
