Bothams Mitchell Slaney was formed in November 2000 when the two longest established firms of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents in Chesterfield merged. Bothams was founded in 1871 and has built up a reputation as one of the leading independent Estate Agents in North Derbyshire. Mitchell and Slaney was founded in 1911, their main specialisation being in Property Management and Valuations.
Featuring a team of highly skilled and personable Chartered Surveyors, negotiators and support staff our head office at West Bars House accommodates both the residential sales team, the residential lettings/management team and the commercial property department. The three departments work closely together utilising each other’s capabilities to provide our clients and prospective purchasers/tenants a high degree of personal and individual service.
The three Partners are all qualified Chartered Surveyors, able to provide a personal service in most property-related matters, including valuations, Homebuyers Surveys, and general valuation advice on Probate, Matrimonial Taxation and Rating matters and Bank Valuations for lending purposes."
