The online TV channel will really helps to sell homes and attract buyers, while also going above and beyond what competitors offer.     At the end of the viewing we'll ask you to score the property on a 1 - 10 scale for 5 separate elements - location, garden, condition, price and overall, as well as recording any general comments about the property. On the rare occasion that we have not accompanied the viewing, we will phone you within 24 hours of the viewing for your feedback.
