    Our unique and innovative estate agency TV channel opens the door to the next generation of property marketing. We introduced the new face of property marketing in the summer of 2014 with www.breadmorewebb.tv. The online TV channel will really helps to sell homes and attract buyers, while also going above and beyond what competitors offer. A professionally produced and scripted video walkthrough of every property on our portfolio is streamed to the online TV channel. These online video walkthroughs enable potential buyers to explore new homes without having to leave the comfort of their armchair. Online videos are proving to be extremely popular and effective for property marketing, as they allow the seller to showcase particular features of their home, which might not be possible with traditional newspaper or magazine advertising.

    We'll sell, We'll pack, We'll move
    Full service - Same fee. At Breadmore Webb we believe this should all be part of the service. We provide boxes and tape for the packing and then the physical move. We have compared our fee's with every other estate agent in the area and rarely found ourselves to be more expensive. However, we have found our service to be far more comprehensive. The company we partner with are experienced, well respected and part of the British association of removers.You don't have to move into a new home. If you want your belongings to go into storage, that is fine too. We will still move you but rather than into your new property, we will move you into your desired storage destination. We have had to put in couple of caveats. Firstly, we will move you up to 20 miles. Any further is absolutely fine but there may be an additional charge. Secondly we have taken an 'average' property into consideration. We will talk about this when we visit and survey what needs to be moved. It's that simple.

    At the end of the viewing we'll ask you to score the property on a 1 - 10 scale for 5 separate elements - location, garden, condition, price and overall, as well as recording any general comments about the property. On the rare occasion that we have not accompanied the viewing, we will phone you within 24 hours of the viewing for your feedback. This feedback system is unique to Breadmore Webb and enables us to understand more fully exactly what you're looking for, so we can make sure we're offering you the right properties.

    Always available to talk to personally. With 18 years industry experience under his belt, Martin set up B&W to change the face of estate agency forever. Martin ensures that B&W constantly challenges people's perceptions of the industry by offering a superior standard of service. Armed with boundless energy, an extremely hard work ethic and a devotion to his customers and the local community - Martin is vastly experienced at selling all sorts of character property from windmills, barn conversions and period cottages to country estates & Edwardian villas. If Martin is not selling property you will normally find him walking the dog with family or on the golf course.

    Philippa Wood

    Philippa joined the team in the Autumn of 2013 after a successful career as part of the senior management team of a large local care home group. Philippa has a degree in European business studies and enjoys using her management and customer service skills to help guide our clients through their move. Philippa's main role at B&W is to liaise with sellers, buyers and their respective lawyers to help make the legal process after a sale has been agreed as smooth as possible. When not in the office Philippa spends her time looking after the family, keeping fit and manouvering herself in funny positions at her palaties class.

    Jacob Farson

    Those who meet Jacob rarely forget him. He's a massively popular agent in the area and an expert in his field. Jake has been involved in property for many years, driven by his passion for meeting new people and helping with all aspects of moving...it's no coincidence that his clients become friends. He joined us in the Spring of 2014 having run his own successful estate agency for five years. In addition to his knowledge of the North Essex property market he also has a background in corporate finance meaning he has a unique and varied skill set to call upon when advising our customers about moving. In his spare time Jacob is a keen amateur golfer and is chairman of Golf at Colchester Golf Club.

    To help us keep up with our rapid growth and influence on the local property scene, Greg joined our team to continue his stellar career and oversee the opening of our Coggeshall Office. Having worked his way all the way up the ladder, his previous role involved him running four offices of a London based firm. Greg has first class knowledge of the challenges facing buyers moving area and understands exactly what buyers moving out of London are looking for. He is approachable, charismatic and has a brilliantly track record at helping people move. Greg does not have much spare time, with a young family at home to look after, when he gets time to himself he enjoys keeping fit in the pub.
