We still find it hard to believe that other agents just advertise 10 or 20 of their stock in the local paper where we can ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE we advertise every single property we have at least once. We couple the advertising of your house with interesting facts about the history of the area we live in to best selling books and highest grossing movies.We try to make it a good read to encourage our local residents to open it every time it lands on the doormat and we have received many, many accolades about the interesting content. Viewings always increase during the week that it is distributed.
Our Internet Strategy Most Vendors, Landlords, Tenants and house hunters start their ambition by looking on the internet, and making comparisons. What many don't realise is that most Estate Agents use one of just 4 or 5 software packages that are available to agents. Some do things well, others are plainly flawed. NONE DO WHAT OURS DOES! We have, over the last 10 years, developed our very own software solution that combines the best of the others. As a vendor you can access all the activity on your property through our amazing system. One of the defining attributes of our system is that we make sure your house sells itself! It sounds crazy but it is very simple. Many agents just put the house on rightmove, where it is emailed to the database JUST ONCE! They also mail it to their own applicants, but again, maybe just ONCE! If the perfect buyer has PC problems, they may never see it again unless they specifically decide to go looking. Our properties are scheduled to E-MAIL THEMSELVES at regular intervals to ALL APPLICANTS searching within the houses criteria. Very Simple but it has been extremely effective.
Our Billboards As far as we are aware we were the first, certainly locally, to attract the attention of buyers and sellers with our huge 96 sheet billboard. The ads that have appeared on the billboard have been mesmeric at times and is a great source of interest for many local people. We also have permanent sites in Aldershot & Ash Vale and regularly advertise in Fleet & Farnham.
