Fantastic personalised service.   From the start, Suzanna was fantastic. She took the time to explain all the different management packages, understand what I was looking for and my needs and then worked hard to get the right tenants. She was efficient and professional. Sam and Susanna at Brock Taylor have been excellent at helping me find a property. On paper I didn't look like the perfect tenant but from the minute I walked into the office they took a 'can-do' approach which I did not find with other agents locally. They are professional and nothing is a problem, and they get the details right too - when you just the office they know your name and are fully up to date with your circumstances. A great job, I wanted to move in prior to Christmas and Suzanna arranged for me to get in on 20th Dec. She followed up an all aspects of the move/rental and even called today to make sure all was ok. Not had that before with an agent, normally its take money and run. Very refreshing and they didn't make me feel inferior like a lot of rental agents do.
