    Brown & Co offer full lettings, rent collection and property management services with a variety of city and country properties available. Great care is taken over the selecton and referencing of tenants, and our management teams provide a complete package, including expert advice on current legal and safety regulations, the organisation of maintenance and repairs, regular property inspection visits and rent reviews.

    Our professional and flexible approach enables us to tailor our services to meet the individual needs of each Landlord, along with a transparent fee structure that does not include any nasty surprises or add-ons!

    At Brown & Co we understand that whether you are buying or renting a property, moving home can be stressful.  Your home is your sanctuary and we do all we can to ensure that you move into a thoroughly clean, safe and well presented property.

    When we manage your home, you have a 24 hour emergency helpline (which is always answered by a real person!), and we ensure repairs and problems are dealt with as immediately as is humanly possible.

    We do not charge extortionate application/referencing fees!  Our charges are fair, reasonable and transparent and our quality of service to you is as important to us as our service to our client, your landlord.

    Lesley is a Senior Associate and joined the firm in 2006.  She has many years of residential lettings experience, including Block Management, and  is a long standing member of ARLA.

    Samantha Patrick, Lettings Co-Ordinator
    Samantha joined the King's Lynn residential lettings team in 2011, after working in corporate agency.  She is qualified to NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in 'Residential Lettings & Property Management' and assists in the day to day running of the department.
