    4. Agreeing the sale When we receive an offer for your home we will liaise between you and the potential buyer to achieve the best possible price, advising you as our client at all times.

Once the Sale is agreed We will liaise with all parties, i.e. other links in any chain, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers etc. to ensure the all important exchange of contracts is reached as soon as possible, at which point your moving date will be set and, we will continue right up until this day to do all we can to ensure the sale is as smooth and stress free as possible.
