        Would I use K&K again? Without hesitation!

        We (my partner and I)have never used Butler Sherborn before (and I lived in Suffolk so never even heard of the company). There were time pressures on us as buyers and these were fed through to the vendors by the estate agent so there was a tension from the start and this was well handled by BS Wantage until a mutually agreeable date was achieved. Good communication was one of the major positives of the transaction. No demand was too much; even going to the extent of measuring the property's access arch to assist the removal firms. As I was in temporary accommodation BS was happy to act as my "post office". This was done with good humour and as I had to go into the office almost daily we were greeted as part of the "family" - this made the task very pleasant. And at the end of the entire process, a bottle of bubbly from BS was a very nice gesture.

        Could the service be improved? On reflection I cannot see where it could be. A first class service which helped minimise the stress. Would I use Butler Sherborn again? Without hesitation. "
