    Richard Gosling has been in the industry 1999 and brings with him experience of markets all over Suffolk and Essex but mainly focused as an estate agent in Bury St Edmunds and the immediate surrounding areas.

    Tom Butcher BSc (hons) -Senior Consultant

    Tom lived in the Bury St Edmunds area until he was 18 when he moved to Staffordshire to study at University. Having always had a passion for property, Estate Agency was an area Tom had always wanted to pursue and within 9 months of landing his first role as a sales negotiator at a corporate chain, he progressed to the role of valuer.

    After working in the estate agency sector for several years in the Midlands area, he has recently moved back to Bury St Edmunds with his family and joined Bychoice in January 2017. He has built up a wealth of experience and expertise in the property sector and hopes to implement this in his new role as Senior Property Consultant in his home town.

    Outside of work, being a father keeps Tom busy and he enjoys spending time with his family. In any spare time he has he enjoys eating out and going to see various music and comedy gigs as well as travelling around the UK and abroad.

    Tom also enjoys keeping fit with running and going to the gym but when relaxing prefers getting stuck in to a good book or binge on a good TV show.

    Rio Godfrey LLB (hons) - Property Consultant

    Rio grew up living by the seaside on the south coast until she was 20 when she moved to Cambridge to study for her Law degree. Throughout her time at university she studied a wide range of modules, ranging from criminal and civil law to trusts and land law, this module sparked her interest in the property market and during her summers at university Rio worked as a student lettings housing advisor.

    After graduating in October 2016 Rio relocated to Suffolk and fell in love with the area. She joined Bychoice Estate Agents in January 2017 bringing with her exceptional customer service skills that she has gained from many years in high end customer facing roles, and looks forward to learning new skills from the experienced team around her.

    In her spare time Rio enjoys exploring the local area with her boyfriend and visiting family both on the south coast and in Scotland. Rio is also an avid baker, occasionally testing out her creations on the Bychoice team!
