Since Simon left university in 1995 he has spent the last 20 years in the financial services industry, the majority of this time spent particularly in the mortgage market gaining valuable knowledge and a wealth of experience. His continuation of study and ability to advise in an ever changing mortgage market allows him to continue to provide such quality mortgage advice and a great service to existing and new clients alike.

Simon has become very well known, mainly for his friendly, reliable and outstanding service where putting the clients first is always at the centre of his approach. Gareth Friend (ANAEA) - Director

Gareth began his time in the estate agency world as a trainee back in 1999 at Minchin Fellows and with this, is a very important point; he got to understand and know the estate agency business before the internet came along - yes that long ago! Back then the focus was all about people and working direct, one to one with both the sellers and buyers, getting to know all about the various requirements and needs of all parties, something that today is still at the forefront of what he believes in.

Minchin Fellows quickly became arguably one of Chester most recognised and exclusive independent estate agents at the time. He worked his way up the ladder helping to build the business and in 2010 become an Associate. Gareth's aim has always been focused on treating clients as 'people' and not just as property owners; this quickly became something that clients valued and appreciated and why word of mouth and recommendation became the key to his success.

As time has moved on, the way properties are currently marketed reflects this. Having a true enthusiasm for marketing, design and photography, Gareth's keen eye for detail has always allowed him to advise and market every seller's property to its full potential. Whether you're a first time seller or shall we say "experienced" seller, know that you are dealing with someone who will put his heart and soul into ensuring your needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Samantha Carman (MNAEA) - Director

Sami's first full time job started off in estate agency some 8 years ago now. The day she left further education, she walked straight into the office of the leading Wirral Estate Agent, Karl Tatler Independent Estate Agents, and from that day on she never looked back, flourishing and fine tuning her skill set. Some years later, Sami was approached to join Minchin Fellows, one of Chester's leading agents at the time, she quickly shone and was given the opportunity to manage her own team and office in Hoole, Chester. With great success she quickly made the office the market leader for achieved sales and new instructions within the area, she quickly grew a reputation for being very tuned into the local market.

Having grown up and lived in the Upton area of Chester, she is a familiar face to the locals. Knowledge of the market and local area is everything in her role when it comes to advising clients through the buying and selling process. Having completed her National Association of Estate Agents awards in Residential Sales, rest assured she knows what she is talking about.

Sami has true enthusiasm and a love for her job, which makes her an infectious and positive personality to be around, and this will be apparent from the first moment you meet her. You can rest assured that you're in the hands of someone that will look after your very best interests and be there for you from start to finish. Lindsey Carman - Business Support Manager

A truly irreplaceable asset to the company, Lindsey can only be described as "our super glue".

She holds everything together thanks to her infectiously positive personality and incredible organisation skills. Her enthusiasm for all she does is difficult not to notice, managing every part of Carman Friend's administration from the production of brochures to every letter and everything in between. Lindsey is not only extremely skilled within her field, she is a true grafter.

Lindsey's always found working tirelessly to ensure each client's property is portrayed in the best possible light. Not only has Emma had the hard task of growing up with her brother, Emma is a truly incredible addition to our team! Emma's ability to keep everyone smiling is by far her best skill. I viewed a property I was interested in buying last September and Gareth showed me around. He was amazing, not pushy just genuinely helpful.
