    Lajla has worked in prime central London estate agency - both boutique and corporate - since 1998. Starting at the bottom (photocopying, making tea and marketing!), Lajla worked her way up in Residential Lettings & Property Management and has now moved into Sales as well. She has a genuine passion for property and provides knowledgeable, comprehensive, honest advice. She prides herself on listening and offering the best solutions available to her Clients, Tenants and co-workers alike. As well as estate agency she is an active member of Carter Jonas, promoting mental health awareness and equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Outside of work she enjoys going to live music events and her doing own experimental cooking!

    Marina Kimpton - Negotiator
    Marina worked in a variety of roles in the city of London before joining Carter Jonas in 2015, including within the recruitment industry, and as a consultant/head-hunter for investment banks and software companies. She is knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills and offers a highly professional, friendly service. Marina is also a member of a sailing club and enjoys cycling in Richmond Park.
