paragraphCarter Jonas and Bradshaws: better togetherFor many decades, Carter Jonas and Bradshaws have been letting and selling properties for customers in Cambridge. Our two agencies joined forces in 2015, giving you unique access to even more valuable local knowledge and experience, and even more prospective buyers and tenants.
The acquisition of Bradshaws has expanded Carter Jonas's coverage of both the Cambridge city and country markets. And it has increased the breadth of properties on our books so that we now deal with everything from small city flats to large country estates.
So no matter what type of property you have to sell or let, we can help you match it to the right people.

paragraphCambridge has it all
There are numerous attractions for those moving to, and around, the Cambridge area.
The University, and the character it gives to the city, is a huge pull for buyers and tenants alike. The life of the university is always on show and much of it can be enjoyed by academics and non-academics alike.
The University is not the only outstanding academic institution in and around Cambridge. Both Hills Road and Long Road sixth-form colleges are amongst the leading schools of their kind in the country. There are also several very highly regarded private schools including The Perse, The Leys, St Mary's, and the prep schools associated with King's College and St John's College.
Festivals and Fairs:
One of the world's oldest fairs still exists in Cambridge, the Midsummer Fair. At the start of June, Strawberry Fair is a one-day festival open to all, and at the end of July, the Cambridge Folk Festival takes place in Cherry Hinton. There is also a large and well-respected beer festival held on Jesus Green during May.
Charming Villages :
The villages surrounding Cambridge are mini property markets in their own right. Each one has its own unique appeal, whether that's because of close proximity to train stations, leading schools and local amenities, or thanks to inspiring views of the spires of the Cambridge colleges.
