    Driver requirements

    The member but be at least 21 years of age and have held a full driving licence (not provisional) for a minimum of 12 months. If under 25 years of age the member must have held a full licence for at least 2 years. The member must have no more than 6 penalty points on their driving licence. If under 30 years of age, must have no more than 3 penalty points on their driving license.

    General
