    Hugh Evans - Partner
    Hugh Evans BSc, MRICS, FNAEA, MARLA - is a chartered surveyor and licenced valuer who has been practising in North East Wales and particularly the Vale of Clwyd for over 32 years where he is highly regarded for his wealth of experience. Hugh joined the partnership in 1998 and deals with all aspect of residential sales mostly in the very busy Mold and Ruthin branches. A native of Mold, Hugh and his family have lived in Ruthin for the last 28 years. He enjoys going to the theatre, walking his dogs and whilst not particularly noted for his sporting prowess he is an enthusiastic sea kayaker in calm waters!!

    Andrew Seaburg - Managing Partner

    Andrew started working in estate agency in 1987 for a corporate agent in Chester and after 2 years moved to another firm of estate agents based in Mold. After 5 years he decided to return to higher education as a mature student and graduated in 1995 with an honours degree in Business Admin. After a short period in business travel, Andrew decided to return to the estate agency world and joined the Cavendish group in 1998 as manager of their newly opened Mold office. Andrew has been with the company for 17 years and is now the managing partner of their thriving Mold office and is responsible for the day to day running of the branch. Andrew is also a qualified member of the NAEA.

    Outside of the work environment Andrew enjoys an active social life in particular cruising on the high seas with family and friends.

    David Wynne - Partner & Senior Valuer
    David joined Cavendish in 2003 following a successful career with two corporate estate agents, starting in Mold in 1987 as a trainee after finishing higher education. He later progressed to managing branches along the North Wales coast, before returning to Mold as the principal valuer for Cavendish. David brings a wealth of experience to the team and has thrived on the success of our Mold office, which has become a leading agent in the area. He was made a partner of the firm in 2005 and is a qualified member of the NAEA. Outside of work, David enjoys a very active social life with family and friends and can often be seen cycling around the lanes and hilltops of the Vale of Clwyd. He also enjoys our national game and can be seen frequently on the side lines of the rugby pitches in Ruthin and Cardiff.

    Helen Dean - Senior Sales Negotiator
    Helen has worked for the Cavendish group since 1998 when she joined the newly opened Mold office as sales negotiator and after a short time was promoted to the role of senior negotiator overseeing sales progression for the office. Helen is local to the area and has extensive knowledge on this part of Flintshire. When Helen is away from the office she enjoys dining out with family and friends and more recently she has enjoyed several trips to London and the middle east to visit her son and daughter.

    Sandra Davies - Sales Negotiator
    Sandra is an experienced sales negotiator and has worked for the Cavendish group for 15 years based as at the busy Mold office. Originating from Flintshire, Sandra has acquired excellent knowledge of the local area over the years and very much enjoys meeting all types of people in her role. Sandra also enjoys a busy social life with family and friends and flies off to the Greek Islands as much as possible to top-up her tan!

    James Mathieson - Sales Negotiator
    James joined the Mold office in 2010 as a sales negotiator and very much enjoys being the only "boy" in the team! Prior to joining the Mold office James worked at our Chester office and after a brief spell on the Wirral working for a competitor, he soon realised the good things in life, and returned to the Cavendish group. Although James is not local to Mold he has acquired an excellent knowledge of the local area and even manages to pronounce all those difficult Welsh place names. Outside of work, James is active in his local community and enjoys golf and watching his favourite football team either in Liverpool or at home with family and friends.

    Laura Mitchell - Sales Negotiator
    Laura forms part of the successful sales team at Mold and has worked for the Cavendish group since 2010. Initially on a part time basis and now part of the full time team. Her local knowledge enables her to help clients with their search for their ideal home and she very much enjoys the wide variety of people that we deal with. Outside of work, Laura enjoys walking her dogs, gardening and frequently travels around the UK and to South America to visit family and friends.
