    Hugh Evans - Partner
    Hugh Evans BSc, MRICS, FNAEA, MARLA - is a chartered surveyor and licenced valuer who has been practising in North East Wales and particularly the Vale of Clwyd for over 32 years where he is highly regarded for his wealth of experience. Hugh joined the partnership in 1998 and deals with all aspect of residential sales mostly in the very busy Mold and Ruthin branches. A native of Mold, Hugh and his family have lived in Ruthin for the last 28 years. He enjoys going to the theatre, walking his dogs and whilst not particularly noted for his sporting prowess he is an enthusiastic sea kayaker in calm waters!!

    Luned Jones - Senior Sales Negotiator
    Luned is a fluent Welsh speaker and joined Cavendish in June 2000 to help set up the newly opened Ruthin office. She has thoroughly enjoyed the last 15 years and is now the senior sales negotiator at the branch where she also ensures the smooth running of the office.  Luned has been  a member of the NAEA for several years and originating from Ruthin, she has extensive knowledge of the area and is well known in the town for her friendly outgoing personality. Luned enjoys a very busy social life outside of work and likes to travel overseas with family and friends as much as possible.

    Gaynor Davies - Sales Negotiator
    Gaynor has been employed as a sales negotiator at our Ruthin office since its opening in June 2000. She is a fluent Welsh speaker and has extensive knowledge of the surrounding area. She brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to the office as to the family farm in Bryneglwys. She is an active member of her local community and is a committee member of the popular, annual Bryneglwys show. Gaynor derives great pleasure from craft work and cooking especially producing preserves from her own garden.

    Sarah Morgan - Sales Negotiator
    Sarah joined Cavendish in 2012. She lives in the Vale of Clwyd and works in both our Denbigh and Ruthin offices. In addition to her part-time role as a Sales Negotiator, she is currently studying a degree course in Construction Management at Glyndwr University and is also a busy Mum to two young children. Being a naturally helpful person, Sarah will always go the extra mile to assist our clients and customers and they will always be greeted with a friendly smile when visiting our offices. She has excellent local knowledge and plays an active role in her local Community

    Andrew Seaburg - Partner
    Andrew started working in estate agency in 1987 for a corporate agent in Chester and after 2 years moved to another firm of estate agents based in Mold. After 5 years he decided to return to higher education as a mature student and graduated in 1995 with an honours degree in Business Admin. After a short period in business travel, Andrew decided to return to the estate agency world and joined the Cavendish group in 1998 as manager of their newly opened Mold office. Andrew has been with the company for 17 years and is now the managing partner of their thriving Mold office and is responsible for the day to day running of the branch. Andrew is also a qualified member of the NAEA. Outside of the work environment Andrew enjoys an active social life in particular cruising on the high seas with family and friends.

    David Wynne - Partner & Valuer
    David joined Cavendish in 2003 following a successful career with two corporate estate agents, starting in Mold in 1987 as a trainee after finishing higher education. He later progressed to managing branches along the North Wales coast, before returning to Mold as the principal valuer for Cavendish. David brings a wealth of experience to the team and has thrived on the success of our Mold office, which has become a leading agent in the area. He was made a partner of the firm in 2005 and is a qualified member of the NAEA. Outside of work, David enjoys a very active social life with family and friends and can often be seen cycling around the lanes and hilltops of the Vale of Clwyd. He also enjoys our national game and can be seen frequently on the side lines of the rugby pitches in Ruthin and Cardiff.
