We are proud to be at the leading edge of IT technology.
Our IT department has been instrumental in allowing us to quickly change and adapt our marketing approach. As a company we were the first leading estate agent to create its own web site and the first agent to launch a mobile phone messaging service. For Lettings we have Rent Guarantee Seal of Approval (RGSOA)
We want to take the risk out of letting for you and we understand how important cash flow is. So, depending on certain conditions, if a tenant that we have vetted fails to pay the rent, we will do so on their behalf within 10 working days.
Should issues arise after we’ve given our unique Seal of Approval to tenants, our Chairman will give the matter his personal attention.
