    Jon Harding - Founder

    Jonathan Charles Harding entered Estate Agency straight from school, joining a Bournemouth based company with 5 local offices in 1973. The company, Breamer & Co had 2 additional offices in Surrey and Worcester Park where Jonathan completed his training. After 5 years with Braemer & Co Jonathan decided to set up his own Estate Agency in Old Town, Swindon.  In November 1977, at the age of 21, Jonathan set up Charles Harding Estate Agents in his first office at Devizes Road, Old Town.  In 1996 he moved office to our current prominent location on the corner of Devizes Road and Wood Street.

    Heidi-Jayne George- Senior Sales Negotiator
    I joined Charles Harding 13 years ago having worked in Estate Agency in Berkshire and Wiltshire since 1987. Having started off in Commercial Road, I then transferred to working as a sales negotiator in the Old Town Office alongside Jon Harding. Being office based I am responsible for dealing with all aspects of the day to day running of the office.

    I have been based in the Old Town office carrying out Energy Performance Certificates for the whole of the Swindon area since 2007.  Providing EPC's for all Charles Harding sales and lettings offices together with local Solicitors, Estate Agents, private home sellers and Swindon Borough Council.  Having completed over 5500 EPC's by July 2013, I strongly believe I am Swindons leading Domestic Energy Assessor.  Since qualifying, I have also been fully involved with the very active sales market with Charles Harding and am looking forward to continuing with the success and high quality service they have been providing for more than 37 years.
