      To provide efficient management and communications we operate a computerised management and accountancy system

    • As part of our management service we will contact all of the utility providers and local council offices with the details of the new occupants and liaise with all interested third parties involved in the letting. We will collect the rent on a monthly basis which will then be transferred to your nominated account along with an itemised statement. All of out managed properties undergo quarterly inspections and will report back to landlord, if required, of any maintenance issues.
