    At Chester Let we regularly review and implement the latest regulations to protect our clients and their tenants, we are licensed by the National Approved Letting Scheme which sets standards within the industry and are keen to work towards a more transparent and fair way for all.

    We now manage and let over 150 properties in the local area and although primarily we aimed to serve Chester City Centre and its surrounding villages we have expanded our portfolio into North Wales.

    At Chester Let we have embraced the very best in modern technology and carry out most of our credit and referencing checks online by providing you with an email link to fill in your details. We can often process most references and agree tenancies within days!

    Chester Let regularly inspect our managed properties, not because we're interfering, but because we like to ensure that you are living in a comfortable environment and have settled in well. Regular inspections give you, the tenant, an opportunity to discuss any ongoing problems or maintenance issues with a dedicated member of staff. It's important to us that you are comfortable in your Chester Let managed home!

    When you leave a property managed by Chester Let we carry out a 'Pre-Check Out' where you will be advised what's expected of you to ensure a full deposit return. This means that on the 'Final Check Out', providing those works have been carried out, your deposit will be returned to you swiftly!
