    Hyde Park and Marylebone office is one of Chestertons network's oldest branches. The office is located in a prominent corner unit on the prestigious and fashionable Connaught Street on the Hyde Park Estate, giving it presence and heritage including a very extensive database of customers and contacts. The office has gained immense market share through 2020 and year to date and has achieved the most number of lets for two years running.

    Maya began working as an estate agent in London in 2007 and has in-depth knowledge of Prime Central London. Maya runs a highly successful office and works closely with some of the UK's largest landowners, which include The Crown Estate and Motcomb.     Dylan James - Sales Manager
    Dylan started his career in an independent estate agency and is now head of sales of our Hyde Park and Marylebone office. After earning an honours degree in Town Planning in South Africa, he worked in the Cape Winelands for the local council before deciding to move to London to put his knowledge to work in the property market. Having worked in areas including Fulham, Shepherds Bush, Brook Green, Hammersmith, West Kensington, Hyde Park and Marylebone, Dylan has broad and informed knowledge of the West and Central London property market.
