When opting for the 'fully managed' service Chilterns employ a full team of Property Inspectors, to ensure your home is being cared for by your tenants.
As soon as one month after your tenants have moved in they receive a visit to ensure that they have 'settled in' and most importantly to ensure that your home is being cared for in the way that we, as a professional management company, expect.
Your tenants will then continue to receive quarterly inspections for the remainder of their tenancy and you will receive confirmation of the inspection following the visits.
When your tenants serve notice they will, in addition, receive a 'Pre-Check Out' appointment, where we will highlight any concerns and a 'Final Check Out', where will will deal with deposit return, dilapidations or any maintenance works considered necessary - always liaising with you.
Should any maintenance problems arise during the tenancy we have a dedicated pool of highly skilled, professional and CRB checked contractors, with the relevant Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurances, on hand to carry out any repairs, again always liaising with you
