We would like to express our appreciation to Elaine and Andrew for their outstanding professionalism.

I can understand why your company receives so many awards with the staff that you employ.We would like to thank Andrew for spending many hours in finding a suitable bungalow for my 86 year old mother-in-law, who is not in the best of health and needs to be close to her daughter.

Elaine spent a whole day sorting out the problems that were occurring in exchange of Wickford and Brandon properties. Due to the fact that the two solicitors dislike each other so much we were into a situation where we were going to loose the two properties.Elaine was absolutely marvellous in sorting out problems that the two solicitors were creating without Elaine we would have lost the property we were after. I cannot thank Elaine enough, saying she was brilliant is an understatement; that girl worked wonders!

Without a doubt your company deserve all awards that are bestowed on you. I cannot remember ever praising a company that has done work for me in my whole life; but Chilterns certainly deserves praise and both of us would certainly recommend you.
