I could not have a higher opinion of their staff and service; they are pragmatic, not obviously fee conscious, committed to delivering the best outcome for you and because they have a small team and low staff turnover are joined up between sales and letting, a trait I found especially useful recently when renting out a flat I was selling. Rory on the Lettings side has been a constant source of advice throughout my time as a landlord in Walthamstow, often providing his time when there were no fees to be generated just to ensure I did the right thing. In my opinion if their fees are higher than competitors, they are justified. If they are the same or lower, they are a bargain. Thanks to all the team for your help over the years. -

10/10 can't fault them at all!We've just let a house via Churchill and found them to be absolutely superb. We're not based locally so having a fully managed service that works is important to us and Churchill have over delivered. Everything has been smooth and and easy. When things have gone wrong to no fault of Churchills (prior tenants losing keys and needing locksmith to be called out etc) they've got it sorted quickly without any hassle at all. George in particular is great at running a lettings process and managing everyone through the chain. 10/10 can't fault them at all!

Special mention to Rory- who was extremely helpful, very efficient and had brilliant communication with us throughout! We received all paperwork in detail, on time and all our queries were answered. On our first day, they even gave us a little gift box with many useful items for the new house and lots of vouchers. It also had a lovely handwritten card wishing us luck. I think these little things make a big difference! Also, they were quick to resolve any teething issues we had during our first few days.
