Having experienced working for bigger companies, he decided to set up Clarke Philips to provide customers with a more positive and personalised experience, rarely found elsewhere. Phil is a licensed member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), and when not at work, he enjoys motorcycling, MotoGP, Formula 1, horse racing and travelling.
