      Anne Clelland - Area Manager
      Anne is now entering her 30th year in Estate Agency.

      She and Clark Gillespie opened the Falkirk Branch 9 years ago and is responsible with him for growing the business to the successful office it is today and to be market leader in the town.

      Anne previously worked as a Regional Manager with another high street Estate Agency but, when approached by Clyde, welcomed the challenge of opening a new branch in Falkirk. She has also been involved in training various Staff members in their individual roles.

      Customer service is of key importance to her and she is exceptionally proud of her hard working team in achieving a high standard of service and success.

      Anne's knowledge of property, area and market conditions has allowed her to have negotiated well in excess of 9000 sales in her career and she is still going strong!!

      Clark Gillespie - Area Director
      Clark has twenty six years experience in the Scottish residential property market. The majority of Clark's career has been in the Falkirk area in addition to spells in Glasgow and Edinburgh. A valuer by profession, Clark brings immense knowledge and expertise to any property transaction.

      Clark joined Slater Hogg & Howison in 1989 and progressed through to both Senior Valuer and Area Director roles in central Scotland. Joining Gillespie MacAndrew in Edinburgh as 'Hunters' Property Director in 2005, Clark subsequently returned to the Falkirk market opening Clyde Property's new Falkirk office in 2007.

      A consummate professional, Clark has a pro-active, commercial and friendly approach when advising on property matters and continues to be Falkirk's leading agent, listing more home than other agency.
