    Rent Collection Service

    This service has all the benefits of our Introduction Only Service but also provides a fully inclusive and comprehensive Rent Collection Service.

    In addition to the Introduction Let Only Service, we arrange for a standing order to be set up so the Tenant can send rent directly to us. It allows us to keep on top of the rental payments and issue any late payment letters if the rent isn't paid on time. Rent will be sent to you once we are in receipt of cleared funds, less our agreed fees and expenses, into your nominated account.

    Many clients choose this service to help them maintain a healthy cash flow - we offer to collect our commission fees on a monthly basis rather than you having to pay a one-off fee at the beginning of each tenancy.

    Full Management Service

    Many of our clients choose this service because it takes the pressure of running a property out of their hands and in simple terms, we become the landlord. All dealings are completed through our dedicated property management department.
