    · Promote your property using our modern office window display presentations, bringing it to the immediate attention of active home buyers circulating in the area, 7 days a week.

    · Advertise your property on both Rightmove & Zoopla

    Some agents only advertise on one of these platforms, by doing both we guarantee your property will be seen by the right people.


    · We will arrange a block viewing or Contact you, when interested parties wish to view your property, to arrange a time for a member of staff to show potential purchasers the property. The choice is yours, we are here to help and we are always flexible.

    · Keep you informed whenever someone views. We will contact them, to obtain their opinion of the property and will update you with the results. We know how frustrating it is not to be kept up to date with what's going on, so every effort is made to ensure you are fully informed.

    · Negotiate on your behalf, when offers are received. Negotiation is an art, a skill, that takes years to perfect. You will have the benefit of our years of experience in this vital area.

    With over 25 years of estate agency experience in South East London and Kent Peter brings with him a wealth of local knowledge and industry expertise.
