Having previously experienced long delays in receiving rental payments from national letting agencies, despite the tenant paying promptly, we decide to look for an agency who would work with us and on our behalf.Coda came highly recommended from various sources and to date I must say they have provided an excellent service with prompt payment and particular attention to detail and customer satisfaction.The key element to their success is they take a personal interest in every landlord / tenant agreement and ensure a good experience for both parties.
