Agreeing the Sale
Once we receive an offer for your home, we will liaise between you and the buyer until a price is agreed working at all times to ensure that we achieve the best possible price on your behalf. We will obtain as much information as possible in the circumstances of your buyer liaising with all parties involved in the transaction including other estate agents, solicitors and mortgage brokers.
Instructing Solicitors
Once the sale has been agreed and solicitors are instructed, we will regularly liaise with all parties on a weekly basis providing you with up to date feedback on how the sale is progressing. We are used to working closely with most of the local solicitors which can speed up the conveyancing process and ensure that any issues that may arise can be resolved quickly.
