    Taking care to match the right people to the right property makes it much more likely that a viewing will lead to a sale. So does the fact that our enthusiastic and friendly hard working staff will make every effort to make sure the right people will come to view your home. Feedback is also an extremely important part of what we do and you will be provided with feedback on every viewing together with regular marketing updates.

     

    Agreeing the Sale

    Once we receive an offer for your home, we will liaise between you and the buyer until a price is agreed working at all times to ensure that we achieve the best possible price on your behalf. We will obtain as much information as possible in the circumstances of your buyer liaising with all parties involved in the transaction including other estate agents, solicitors and mortgage brokers.

     

    Instructing Solicitors

    Once the sale has been agreed and solicitors are instructed, we will regularly liaise with all parties on a weekly basis providing you with up to date feedback on how the sale is progressing. We are used to working closely with most of the local solicitors which can speed up the conveyancing process and ensure that any issues that may arise can be resolved quickly.

    Jeff started Cole Rayment & White in 1989 and has been an estate agent for over 30 years. He is also a chartered surveyor, registered valuer and RICS spokesperson for North Cornwall. Jeff is married with 2 children and loves living in North Cornwall. His hobbies include football, tennis, cinema and spending quality family time in our beautiful county.
