Introducing our 'Simply Move' Package!

    From our residential sales team, The Simply move package offers vendors the chance to pay one fee at the end of their completion and just hand in the keys on the day of their move!

    We organise for their professional photography, EPC and Floorplan to be carried out within 24 hours of instruction, we pay the bill for their comprehensive internet, newspaper and magazine advertising and then pay their solicitor's conveyance charge upon completion. One Fee, One Package, No hidden extras - Simply Move.

    Put simply, any new vendor with Coleman Estates in 2015 will receive:
    • Free Solicitor's conveyance charge (High street value of £850)
    • Free EPC, Floorplan and Professional Photography (normal cost of £250)
    • Free marketing including weekly advertising in the Telford Journal, Rightmove and Zoopla (normal cost £250)


    No upfront costs, no sale no fee.

    This represents a saving of nearly £1500 as well as the excellent level of service and results we have provided our customers throughout 2014 with over 97% of our asking price achieved on average within an average timespan of under 8 weeks.     The creation of the Simply Move Package

    We briefly trialled the idea of offering our customers one inclusive package throughout Spring 2014 with incredible results seeing an massive increase in sales and a strong response from our customers. When people are moving, the costs can really mount up quickly with lots of hidden or unexpected fees creeping in and pushing unsuspecting vendors over budget. New customers loved the fact that they had one competitive fee to pay and that they would be able to start looking ahead and budgeting toward their new home rather than their old one.

    I have laid out this package after researching selling a house as a customer rather than an estate agent and have hopefully created a simple, efficient and trustworthy package built on a foundation of solid, local independent businesses.

    Max Coleman - Managing Director

    At this point in time, I have worked for my family's business for over half of my life, first starting out by helping my Dad put up our for sale and to let boards on Saturdays at the age of 14! Over the last 15 years, I've gotten to know the area of Telford intimately as well as attaining the relevant recognised industry qualifications which means that I'm able to provide detailed and accurate valuations, advice and general guidance through the local property market. Since 2013, I have been delighted to oversee the rapid growth of our sales department as we've risen to become one of the top selling agents in Telford as well as the leading, local family run estate agency.     Kate Coleman - Company Secretary
    Kate Coleman, Director of our Lettings department as well as company secretary, joined Coleman Estates in February 2010 starting her career as our Property Manager organising maintenance for our large managed property portfolio. Kate quickly mastered this role building excellent relationships with landlords and tenants alike, also completing her NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management in the meantime. Kate was made Director and promoted to head of lettings last spring in recognition of her expertise and dedicated, hard working nature.     Gill Coleman - Founder
    Gill Coleman founded Coleman Estates with her husband Jeff in 1998 as an entrepreneur and a property developer in her own right. She also known as mum, mother in law and wife to half of our office. Gill started Coleman Estates two to three months ahead of the buy to let property boom in 1998 and has not looked back since. She knows everything there is to know about the property market in Telford and has passed on every business principle of her own to her son Max and daughter in law Kate over the years. Gill retired in October 2015 to hand over the role of managing director to her son Max.

    Jeff Coleman - Director 
    Jeff Coleman founded Coleman Estates in 1998 with his wife Gill. His role was company secretary and was responsible for the day to day running of the company's financial accounts as well as the 'mechanics' of the business. He has overseen the company from its genesis in a back room of a house in Shifnal to the successful business that operates today and is known for his professionalism and easy going nature. Jeff retired in October 2015 to hand over the role of company secretary to Kate Coleman, his daughter in law.

    Emma Louth - Sales Negotiator
    Emma joined Coleman Estates in September 2015 and has hit the ground running - She was part of a team responsible for Coleman Estates best quarter of sales in the company's history, selling over £8,000,000 of property in just 3 months! Emma has a bright and bubbly personality coupled with a strong sense of responsibility to her clients and an incredible work ethic. Emma has over 5 years in the industry as a senior negotiator making her a vital asset to the team. In her spare time, Emma enjoys hair and beauty and eating out.

    Sophie joined us in October 2014 and has made a great impression with the staff and customers alike since her appointment as receptionist.
