    Norman Coles founded the Coles Group in the early 1980's and has over 40 years experience within the industry. Norman Coles chose to become and still remains one of the few truly independent agents within Kent. Coles Group formally known and Coles & Co offers a diverse range of services that Norman over the years have become an expertise in. He is very proud of how the business has grown and even more so that his two daughters Sophie and Louise now work within the firm.
