Our Marshalswick office is conveniently situated on the edge of The Quadrant Shopping precinct in the centre of this popular suburb in the north eastern sector of St. Albans. We deal with properties both in Marshalswick itself, and Jersey Farm, a good sized estate built in the 1980s and offering a range of homes from studio flats to four bedroom executive detached houses. Most of the suburb of Marshalswick was built by Nash in the 1950s and consists predominantly of semi detached three bedroomed homes, many extended to offer up to five bedrooms, with large gardens.

Marshalswick is in the catchment area of several very popular and successful schools and is convenient for the M1, A1 and rail stations at St. Albans and Hatfield. It has its own local facilities but also benefits from the more extensive amenities of St. Albans.
