    Once, estate agents were estate agents. Nowadays, they're often lawyers, mortgage brokers and letting agents too - but not at Corum. We work exclusively in estate agency, meaning we devote 100% of our time doing what our customers want: securing the best price for their property. 

    The agency's original founding partners worked together at one of the largest estate agencies in the country, until a company takeover led to a wholesale focus on Financial Services - a move reflected across the industry as a whole. It prompted the team's departure to set up the privately owned, dedicated estate agency Corum in 2003. 

    11 years on those founding partners, together with their enhanced team of additional experienced partners and associates, which include some of the most experienced negotiators in the business, have established nine branches in property hotspots throughout the west of Scotland, making us the most locally knowledgeable.

    Bruce Paterson - Director
    Formerly a professional cricketer with 124 appearances at International level for Scotland, Bruce recently celebrated twenty years as an Estate Agent, having begun his career at a large Corporate Agency in 1994 before setting up the Ayr office of Corum in 2005. This was followed quickly by a Troon office and more recently by a Largs office in 2010, despite the well documented pressure of challenging economic conditions. Fortune favoured the brave and following a hugely successful 2012 trading period, Bruce recently adopted the role of Managing Director for Ayrshire with overall responsibility for the region. 

    Bruce was brought up in Ayr and has personally sold over 5,000 properties making him easily the most experienced Agent in the area. Bruce has an in-depth knowledge of the local market and a reputation for achieving the very best outcome for his buying and selling customers.
