Paisley, Scotland’s largest town and a former burgh located in the west central lowlands of Scotland. Only eight miles west-south-west of Glasgow, it straddles the River Cart which occupies the lowland to the north of the Gleniffer Braes.
An excellent setting for working and living, as well as commuting, there is a good selection of schooling, including Ralston Primary and Paisley Grammar. Adjacent to Paisley is Glasgow International Airport where there are plans to create a direct rail link from the town’s Gilmour Street. Paisley now also sits, broadly equidistant, from Braehead Retail Park and the forthcoming Silverburn Retail Park.
The market has been through a period of tumultuous change during the last five years and still retains a degree of volatility. However, for the last year or so mainstream sales have been broadly stable in value terms which is now resulting in significant increases in volume sales.
What our clients say…
“Corum kept us updated with all on-going enquiries on a regular basis and as a result of good hard work we had lots of viewings. Our property went to a closing date within three weeks and we received offers exceeding not only our expectations but also all other Estate Agent valuations. To say that we are over the moon is an understatement. I would highly recommend Corum to anyone looking to sell their property especially in the current economic climate.” Whimbrel Way, Renfrew
