The Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LAS) is operated by Portsmouth City Council's Private Sector Housing Department. It is the purpose of the LAS not only to recognize the good Landlord but also to improve the standard and safety of all property in the private rental sector. Cosgroves are the first agent to be accepted onto the scheme and we are committed to working together with Portsmouth City Council to offer a high standard to both our Landlords and Tenants.
