    MARKETING STRATEGY

    Following your valuation visit, we will provide you with a marketing proposal that will set out our recommendations for the price you should place your property on the market and the marketing strategy you should use. This proposal will detail the steps we think you should take to prepare you home and will outline the marketing resources and channels that we will use.

    If you choose to appoint us to sell your home, we will then finalise our marketing strategy (in line with your priorities), fees and costs. We promise that we will get your property on to the market within seven days of instruction.
