    Nick Cragg 
    Nick set up Country Property in 1992 after ten years in partnership with Davis Meade & Partners in Marshfield, Bath and Chipping Sodbury, and brings a wealth of experience and expertise. He auctioned his first property in May 1983 and has conducted regular property auctions ever since, now under the Auction House Gloucestershire banner. His surveying background as a Chartered Surveyor enables him to identify potential survey problems and deal with them so transactions are not delayed. Out of work Nick chairs the local branch of the RNLI, is an active Rotarian and Freemason and member of the Chipping Sodbury Yacht Club.

    Stephen Worlock
    Stephen joined us in 2007 after a career break in the family brewing concern.  After five years learning his trade in Andrews, he discovered Country Property gave him the scope to provide effective enthusiasm to sales, and getting things done.  When not at work Stephen loves to take photographs and play golf. He believes he holds the record for the greatest number of consecutive goes on the rapids at Center Parcs jointly with his nephew and niece (37).

    Paul joined us as a graduate and his integral roles include dealing with front line enquiries and driving our sales and auction systems behind the scenes, and valuation appraisals. In his spare time he enjoys his musical skills with local drama groups, bands and private music tutoring, as well as DIY, motorcycling and boating.

    Heather Holloway
    Heather joined us as someone with a lot of property experience. She has developed into a key member of the team working across the sales activities from valuations to sales progression. Heather is currently working towards her BTEC Level 4 Diploma in Residential Letting & Management, and now heads up our in-house lettings team. Away from us Heather is working towards a black belt in Tae Kwon Do so we are all very polite to her.
