Courtney Green was established by Nick Courtney and Steven Greenfield in 1988. We offer our clients a wide range of services including Estate Agency, Property Lettings and Residential Management

We identified early on the need to have quality staff that can fulfil our desire to provide our clients with a service experience beyond their expectations and to offer understanding and genuine interest of their individual needs and requirements.
The Residential Sales department is headed by Director Steven Greenfield with Andrew Bowling (Residential Sales Manager) who himself has over twenty five years experience in the housing market in a senior role, alongside Sheila Poynter (Senior Negotiator/Valuer) also with over twenty five years experience and who has recently been re-united with Theresa Rogers both having worked together at another well know estate agency in the town. The team is supported by our excellent and youthful Chris Braun (Sales Negotiator) along with Jill Simmons, Jane Anscomb, Ruth Scheller and Robert Otto who each bring their experience and enthusiasm to the team.
When prospective sellers first approach Courtney Green a “without any obligation” appointment to visit the subject property is arranged and we will appraise the property based on comparable evidence of similar homes that have sold in the area, and we will provide marketing advice and details of the company's charges and terms of business.
Unlike many estate agents, Courtney Green does not ask its clients to enter into a contract that ties the seller in with the agency for a given period, which can sometimes be more than 16 weeks! We have no minimum period whatsoever!
Due to advances in technology, we are now able to produce in-house extremely high quality, full colour sales particulars, which we believe are the best in the town. Our aim is to present every property in the best light possible, so most of our details contain numerous internal photographs, some show outlooks and views from windows. Residential Lettings and Management
Our established Lettings Department is run by Director Nick Courtney and the Lettings Manager Jonathan Evans along with a front office team providing the day to day customer contact. These colleagues are Robert Knapp, Eleanor Mulligan, Bradley Smith, Claire Baulch and Carrie Nicholls with a key administration team consisting of Julie Simmonds and Julie Smith.
The lettings team has many years experience in Letting and Property Management and look after over 650 properties in and around the Horsham area. We deal in all varieties of property from town centre studio flats to rural country houses and cottages, all Landlords have the benefit of dealing with a company who are a fully bonded member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS).

The Management Department run by Sarah Cornelius with Nick Courtney and Chris Spoard provide strategic management and scheduled maintenance of numerous apartment blocks and private developments in and around the local area.
