Information for Applicants
Following a satisfactory viewing of a rental property & you wish to proceed with an application we require the following:
Holding/Administration Fee
(payable at beginning of process)
This secures the property for 14 days whilst referencing is completed on all applicants. (This is a non refundable fee) If your application is successful it is used towards the administration costs involved with the tenancy.
Identification Documents Required One of the following:
driving licence, passport or birth certificate (copy will be taken)
Other Documents Required
Current Bank Statement (copy will be taken)
Utility Bill or other official document for current address (copies will be taken)
An Application Form will require completion and return to us.
Referencing is conducted by the Homelet Referencing Service who will contact Landlords and Employers to verify information provided. A Credit Check is also carried out.
When all of the above has been completed and accepted we will arrange a suitable date, for all parties, to come into the office and sign all necessary paperwork. The Inventory Clerk will then meet you at the property to carry out the Check In procedure and then hand over the keys.
