We were established in 1987 in the early days of the exciting Docklands regeneration and then we were known as Docklands Accommodation Agency. In 1995, Diane Hood took over as Managing Director of the company and she injected a fresh energetic approach to the business by providing more services for Landlords and established a sales department. Diane decided to change the company name to DAA Residential to reflect changes in the company profile.
We employ only the highest quality staff and provide extensive on-going training both in-house and via courses run by the professional bodies, The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). This keeps our staff informed about all the latest industry related legislative developments.
We also provide our clients with extra peace of mind as a long standing member of the NAEA. We subscribe to the NAEA’s uncompromising commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards within the industry. We are also members of the industry’s Ombudsmen Scheme.
