    David Mooney, Regional Manager West
    With 16 years' experience in estate agency, David has acted in a senior capacity with a number of established practitioners in the West of Scotland. Educated at Balfron High School, he holds a BA (Hons) degree in marketing and a post-graduate diploma in surveying. David's arrival ushers in a new era for the West of Scotland operation of DJ Alexander which, although already recognised for efficient service and commitment to client care, is aware of the need to adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment. "Even with the benefit of sophisticated technology, a property sales and letting service needs to be people-focused and deliver good, old-fashioned value for money," says David. "We will be providing a tailor-made service for every client - not one based on 'one size fits all'. Good communications will be a key component of our strategy and I am looking forward to meeting established clients and welcoming new ones."

    Clare Greig, Assistant Office Manager
    Clare started with DJ Alexander in 2004 in her native Edinburgh and with a real passion for working in property, she Clare jumped at the chance to become the assistant branch manager in Glasgow in 2013. Happily settled in the Merchant City, Clare loves the buzz and culture of Glasgow and the way colleagues and friends have made her feel at home. Nevertheless, her main motive for moving west was the job, which she conducts with enthusiasm, especially understanding client expectations and providing a highly personal service at every level.

    Lee Hardy, Property Manager
    Lee started his career as a professional footballer, however after an injury he transferred to a career in property which he has found to be just as rewarding and competitive as the sports field. With seven years' experience in the Glasgow lettings sector, Lee is a well-known and respected property manager; he has a catalogue of contacts and is a skilled negotiator and communicator at all levels. His main responsibilities involve providing market appraisals detailing current rental trends, assessing legislation responsibilities and seeking avenues to maximise rental yields.

    Philip McNab, Checkout Manager
    From a building and construction background, Philip joined D.J Alexander in 2011, after being instantly identified as the ideal candidate to head up the checkout department. His technical skills resolve property issues quickly and efficiently in a manner that people without his background might not understand or be able to identify. As a hands-on check out manager, Lee inspects every property at the end of each tenancy, liaising with tenants and landlords to resolve any maintenance issues and making recommendations to the latter on prolonging the income stream or even possibly enhancing it.

    Rosie Shannon, Maintenance
    Rosie Although a recent recruit, Rosie has progressed quickly and has already been promoted to our maintenance department, due in part to her ability to resolve issues as soon as possible in a friendly and helpful manner. Holder of a BA (Hons) degree in music business, Rosie immediately set the right tone when she joined us as a receptionist. Now in her new role she is greatly enjoying developing relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors alike - to the advantage of all.

    David Sullivan, Property Assistant
    Having studied architecture and with a background in customer service and relations, David now focuses his talents on providing a first class level of service in all aspects of the business, from rental enquiries through to maintenance works. He is responsible for preparing detailed inventories using our bespoke iPad software that prepares a fully comprehensive document detailing the property, its contents, condition and with photographic evidence - invaluable when dealing with deposits and dilapidations. David is also an all-rounder, is also engaged with inspections, arranging viewings and dealing with maintenance issues.

    Omar Khan, Property Assistant
    A real property enthusiast, Omar discovered his passion at an early stage while completing his BA honours degree in property management and valuation. Having joined D.J. Alexander from DM Hall in 2014, his tasks mainly include compiling reports based on his in-depth inspections, thereafter resolving any issues in an efficient and timely manner. Omar is also qualified as a domestic energy assessor.

    Megan Casey, Property Assistant
    After leaving school, Megan worked for an Edinburgh firm of solicitors in their cash room. Joining the accounts department of D J Alexander in 2008, she moved to our Glasgow office in 2013. Megan is a complete all-rounder but mainly focuses on administration, lease signing and maintenance. She is a very approachable individual who is always happy to help out wherever she can, in the belief that good customer service is key to maintaining the success of our business.
