    Lisa Pitchers, Regional Manager West
    Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with a career in Residential Sales and Lettings that spans 20 years. Having held a senior management position at her previous post of 13 years, Lisa has also completed agency recognised Senior Management Training programmes. She returned to DJ Alexander Glasgow this August with an industrywide view of the strength of the DJ brand in Glasgow's competitive sales and lettings market. Lisa is highly focused on customer service and communication, something which DJ Alexander are already recognised for.     With a strong background in finance and 8 years experience working at a senior level within property management, Diane is a superb asset to the business. Leading the letting team she prides herself in offering a customer focused service and always goes that extra mile to ensure things get done. Raised in Glasgow she has an in-depth knowledge of the City and an impressive understanding of current letting legislation and regularly attends various Scottish Association of Landlords seminars.

    Lee Hardy, New Business
    Lee started his career as a professional footballer, however after an injury he transferred to a career in property which he has found to be just as rewarding and competitive as the sports field. With seven years' experience in the Glasgow lettings sector, Lee is a well-known and respected property manager; he has a catalogue of contacts and is a skilled negotiator and communicator at all levels. His main responsibilities involve providing market appraisals detailing current rental trends, assessing legislation responsibilities and seeking avenues to maximise rental yields.

    David Sullivan, Property Manager
    Having studied architecture and with a background in customer service and relations, David now focuses his talents on providing a first class level of service in all aspects of the business, from rental enquiries through to maintenance works. He is responsible for preparing detailed inventories using our bespoke iPad software that prepares a fully comprehensive document detailing the property, its contents, condition and with photographic evidence - invaluable when dealing with deposits and dilapidations. David is also an all-rounder, is also engaged with inspections, arranging viewings and dealing with maintenance issues.

    Megan Casey, Property Assistant
    After leaving school, Megan worked for an Edinburgh firm of solicitors in their cash room. Joining the accounts department of D J Alexander in 2008, she moved to our Glasgow office in 2013. Megan is a complete all-rounder but mainly focuses on administration, lease signing and maintenance. She is a very approachable individual who is always happy to help out wherever she can, in the belief that good customer service is key to maintaining the success of our business.

    Patrick Cairns, Property Manager
    Joining the team in the summer of 2015 Patrick brought a vast amount of tenant credit & referencing experience and was therefore an obvious choice as a property manager. He meets all his prospective tenants and explains all the processes and the information required to pass our strict checks. He discusses the candidates credentials with the landlords before any are accepted and ensures the move-in process is as smooth as possible. He is a very approachable individual who will also take time out his day to discuss any concern, be it from a landlord or tenant.

    Growing up East Renfrewshire and educated at Mearns Castle, Lucy enjoyed travelling around Australia for just over two years and came back enthusiastic for a career in property. She has quickly progressed and now deals with the detailed preparation of leases, referencing, the move-in process and is a fabulous assistant to the letting team. Always keen to get involved and help when ever she can, she states that "she is driven to make sure all the tenants and Landlords are happy and that will be her key to a successful career".
