    Baird Lumsden are specialist town and country estate agents and surveyors. We sell individual homes throughout Scotland.  
    We deal mainly with country houses, cottages, farms, farm land, development sites, equestrian properties, golf courses and specialist suburban homes. 
    We are happy  to discuss a client`s requirements without charge or obligation. Most of our sales are in the range of £250,00-750,000 so we don`t deal with the volumes of  sales handled by corporate estate agents. We do offer a hands on approach to your sale with experienced staff, high quality brochures and extensive coverage. The brochure and for sale board are special orders for each property we sell and can be set out as per our client`s requirements.  

    We are an ISO 9001 Certified business and operate to the standards required of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).  
    Our other in-house services include surveys / valuations for rural property, planning advice, estate management and renewables.
