Based in Keighley, he has over 30 years' experience in the Aire and Worth Valley's dealing with all types of property from terraced houses to country estates.Locally born and educated, Ian is married with two teenage children. A keen sportsman, he has played both local football and cricket but now enjoys being a spectator of his children's sporting prowess.

    Esme Griffin, Lettings Manager
    Esme, who grew up in Bingley and still lives nearby in Denholme, joined our customer services division at the start of the year when she decided to pursue a new career, after previously working as a hairdresser, and quickly became a successful member of the team. There, she helped customers to find their dream home and supported our network of Branch Managers throughout the region.Through dedication and hard work, Esme then progressed to Letting Manager at our Keighley office. Esme is responsible for managing the office's range of rental properties which include smart apartments through to large family homes, located across Keighley and many of its rural villages including Riddlesden, Oakworth, Haworth and Oxenhope. She is now completing a Level Three Diploma in Residential Property Letting and Management, and is also tasked with expanding the Keighley office's rental portfolio and its landlord clients, at a time when tenant demand is outstripping the number of rental properties available. Esme brings a bubbly, energetic dimension to the office and hopes to continue her career progression within lettings.
