    David Phillip is an Otley based Director who joined Dacres after leaving school in 1977.He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor as an Associate in 1989 and progressed to become a Fellow in 1995. David, who has worked out of a number of the firm's offices over his many years with the company, specialises in residential sales and also provides advice to those looking to invest in 'buy to let' property.

    Jane started working at Dacre, Son & Hartley in 1995, originally as PA to the Chairman.In 2005 she started a new career path carrying out the administration for the Sales Department at Otley Office which in turn led to her taking Estate Agents exams qualifying in 2009 as a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Jane is Otley born and bred which is a real asset when dealing with all aspects of house buying and selling in the Wharfedale town.
