    Most letting agents are open 9-5. Not Darlows. We are available for you from 8am and 10pm every day of the week. This means you'll never miss on the increasing number of people searching for property in the evenings or over the weekend.

    Fully regulated

    Darlows is a member of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) and recently became a founding member of the SAFEagent scheme, a kitemark that signposts tenants to those firms which are part of Government -backed Tenancy Deposit Schemes. Its staff are also ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) qualified.

    Advanced marketing techniques

    Darlows leads the way in estate agency marketing in South Wales, with newspaper and magazine advertising, email marketing, iPhone and iPad apps, dedicated PR and community-based activities.     ARLA

    Darlows people are members of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). Formed in the early 1980s, ARLA is the main industry body for lettings agents and lettings agencies in the UK, ensuring member agents adhere to strict codes of practice at all times.

    NALS

    Darlows is also a member of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). NALS is an independent licensing scheme for lettings and management agents, which ensures that all members provide defined standards of customer service, are part of a Client Money Protection Scheme and operate a customer complaints procedure with independent redress.

    SAFEagent

    Darlows is one of the original supporters of SAFEagent, a Government backed kitemark that denotes firms that protect landlords' and tenants' money through Client Money Protection Schemes.

    The Property Ombudsmen

    Darlows is a full member of The Property Ombudsmen (TPO). The Property Ombudsmen provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between sales or lettings agents and consumers who are actual or potential buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants of residential property in the UK.

    Office of Fair Trading

    The OFT makes sure that estate agents such as Darlows act in the best interests of their customers at all times, and that both buyers and sellers are treated honestly, fairly and promptly.

    Kristian is an asset to Darlows
    "On a brilliant hot and sweaty day in August, a friend and I set out on our 7th adventure for the week.  Trying and mostly failing to find a small place for us both to fight over and share, we stumbled across a Darlows advertisement.  As if answering a calling, we set off after organising with Darlows to meet and see the magical dwelling just off the yellow brick road.

    Tired, thirsty and semi lost, my friend and I managed to follow the yellow brick road to Bethal Court where we awaited the arrival of another troll to show us the damp cave and charge us our children for the rent.

    But, as it turned out, we were greeted by a man who introduced himself as Kristian.  After being pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a  normal human being, we then pushed on without haste to view the cave.

    Here also I was wrong, as Kristian used magic to give passage into the dwelling he could see that indeed, we had found a tiny place we could share and bicker over.

    In all seriousness, Kristian was wonderful.  He showed us around the flat, taking in and listening to our concerns and queries.  He answered honestly and if her were not sure, he would email me,  Which he did, in a swift, prompt and friendly way.

    He is easy to talk to, exceptionally helpful and didn't once let on if we was annoyed at my simple emails asking things equally as simple as how to brush my teeth.  When I was clueless about forms, emails, and trying to organise my friend, Kristian was gracious and ever patient with me.

    On top of all this, I feel a right to say Kristian is an asset to Darlows and definitely has been one of the most helpful agents I have met in Swansea"
