    Once we have secured you a purchaser we will continue to monitor and progress your sale advising you of timing of surveys, mortgage valuations, progress updates by solicitors and scheduled dates for exchange of contracts and completion.

    When you register your details with David Ball Agencies the first thing that we do is listen.
