      One of David Burr's company directors, Nick is the office principal for Clare and is responsible for two further branches. A member of NAEA Nick has been with the company since 2003 having moved back to the area from Canary Wharf, Nick now lives in the Suffolk countryside with his wife and daughter spending the majority of his free time walking his Cocker Spaniel Woody as well as cycling and running.

      In his younger years Matthew trained as a Quantity Surveyor Matthew leaving to pursue a career in Residential property he has worked within the property sector for over a decade and has experience in both Cambridge City Centre, wider Cambridgeshire and predominantly Suffolk markets having been with David Burr since 2014. Matthew has lived in Suffolk all his life and now resides on the Suffolk/Cambs border; in his spare time Matthew coaches junior football locally and the rest of his time is spent enjoying family life.
