    David Clark & Company has evolved from Osbornes Property Services, founded in 1990, via Clark & Stewart Real Estate Agents to the present day, with highly visible and central premises at 20 Market Place, Ely. The firm is an independent estate agency owned by David Clark who has been a partner in both of the previous firms. The main focus is on property sales backed up by the presence of independent financial advisers (IFA's) Bright Mortgage Advice. Bright are a separately owned company.

    David Clark began his career as an estate agent with Ekins Dilley & Handley in 1979 in Ely . After several years working for corporate and large independent estate agencies and a spell with a developer he returned to Ely and has been here as an independent since 1989. David lives in High Street Haddenham with his wife Janet and has two grown up Sons. David is still at the 'coal face' of his business and welcomes anyone looking to sell, buy, rent a home or develop some land!

    Barbara Harding - Senior Sales Negotiator
    Barbara has been with the firm since the very early days - joining in 1993. Her career has spanned time with local estate agencies and a national housebuilder. Barbara is often referred to as the "..lady with the smile who sits at the front of the office"! Her empathy for sellers and buyers often gets results where others would have failed to pull it off. Barbara lives in central Ely.
